The Brethren of Beulah Farm in the Black Hills of South Dakota are dropping like flies as Jack Grace, an Afghan veteran with Post Traumatic Stress stumbles onto a murdered brethren while looking for a handout. Sister Collette tries to convert him and Sheriff Rawlins has him as a suspect. The attractive female accolyte that encourages him to sneak out at night is an added bonus and has him sticking around until the next death. Mix in a pet quarter ton hog, various veterans with their own quirks and some surprises about this quiet religious order and the formula is on high octane to the surprise ending. For those familiar with the Mitch Tobin series, you will find some familiar faces.
Death During the Sermon
This is the second book in the Jack Grace Mystery Thriller series. Jack is still on the Farm, but he can't rest as a new set of villians are out in force. A sister relgious order is trying to take control of Beulah Farm and all of the order's wealth. They have unsavory security guards that carry weapons and frighten the Brethren. Jack has to help the Farm fight off the attack to the Farm's independence. Things heat up when dead bodies start to drop. Will Jack catch the villian before the villan strikes again?
Charlie's Vacation
A bucket list trip four wheeling in Moab, Utah drags a reluctant Charles Gearets on an adventure he'll never forget. The somewhat stuffy banker meets a colorful hobo who soon has Charles involved in a bar fight. While trying to find the company that sold his wife a fake pottery piece, Charles gets entwined in an Anasazi grave robbery. During the ensuing days he has to decide whether to escape the mayhem and abandon his trip or help find the robbers. Throw in a colorful hobo, a microbrewery, a psycho killer, a man named Gert, the worst campground host ever, a romantic interest and the plot line becomes blurred. Maybe that safe sounding trip to your dream destination might be crossed off your bucket list and replaced by a visit to Aunt Ruth.
T2
T2 is a domestic terrorist fashioning himself after Timothy McVeigh, the Oklahoma Bomber. He has found fertile recruiting grounds at Beulah Farm, home to a veterans’ retreat for those soldiers trying to heal their physical and mental wounds. After the first bombing, Jack Grace and the staff of the Farm have to deal with an invasion of Federal law enforcement with an abrasive Special Agent in Charge who is antagonizing everyone, staff, veteran patients, local law enforcement and the locals. Jack is faced with his own Post Traumatic Stress reaction to the bombings while trying to save the reputation of the Farm and at the same time develop a relationship with the lady veterinarian.

MITCH TOBIN SERIES
EARLY WITHDRAWAL
Mitch, a middle aged cowboy banker, attempts to chase down the bad guys in Western South Dakota. Mitch's bank has never been robbed in its one hundred year history - until now. Was it an inside job? The story moves forward through The Black Hills Trail Ride, a budding romance, dealing with the ex-wife, a difficult supervisor, a friends' help that isn't always helpful, difficult customers – all with a edge of humor at all the foibles of life.
BIITEWAABOO
Mitch and his friends are back at it. This time Mitch purchases forty acres for a future home site and pasture for his best friend, Dan, an Appaloosa horse, and Biscuit, his mean pack mule. Mitch finds out from an unhappy customer that someone is selling shares in a gold mine on his land. These heavies with possible Mob connections don't play fair causing Mitch problems with customers, his girlfriend, environmentalist and his boss. A few twists at the end keeps things interesting up to the last page.
SPECIAL DELIVERIES
Mitch Tobin is threatened by a drug dealer and a close friend is murdered. Mitch, his family and his girlfriend may be in danger so the drugs can keep flowing. The action moves from the fall buffalo round up in Custer State Park, through a cowboy night out, a Lady Godiva twin at a funeral, a dog that is not man’s best friend, Mitch's son dating the wrong girl, some undercover work and a shootout. Through it all Mitch deals with his bank's customers, management and ownership; handling it all in his own sometimes unorthodox way.
ROY'S LAST RIDE
A stampede during a parade; a supposedly accidental bull riding death; a burial with a horse drawn hearse in historic Mount Moriah Cemetery all tie together for another Mitch Tobin and crew mystery. The old mining town of Deadwood in the Black Hills of South Dakota sees plenty of action during what should be the simple merger of two small banks. In the middle of the mayhem, Judy and Mitch are trying to plan a wedding but there is little time for romance when the bodies start to pile up.
